Is this a real mobile number?+
Yes. SecondSim gives you a genuine US mobile number on a national cellular network. It is not a VoIP or app-based number, so carrier lookups see it as a regular mobile line.
What does all-inclusive pricing mean?+
The price on this page is the amount you are charged. Sales tax, regulatory fees and 911 surcharges are included, not added at checkout or on your bill.
Will it work alongside my AT&T, Verizon or T-Mobile number?+
Yes. SecondSim runs as a second line using your phone's dual SIM feature. Both numbers stay active at the same time, and your phone's dialer lets you choose which line to call or text from.
Does my phone support eSIM?+
Most phones from 2019 onward do, including iPhone XR/XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and Google Pixel 3a and newer. iPhone 14 and later models sold in the US are eSIM-only. Your phone also needs to be carrier-unlocked to add a line from another provider.
Do I need a separate data plan?+
No. SecondSim is for calls and texts. Keep using the data on your main line or Wi-Fi, so you are not paying for data twice.
Can I add lines for my team?+
Yes. Add as many lines as you need under one account, send activation links to staff by email, label and reassign numbers from your dashboard, and get one invoice for the lot.
What happens to a number when someone leaves?+
